Quantity Surveyor - West London (Shepherd’s Bush)

The Role: Due to expanding business being won across the business, my client has a latest requirement to hire a Quantity Surveyor to their team!

They are looking for an innovative candidate that is confident in carrying out cost management activities across an array of exciting projects across London & the South East!

Reporting to the Senior members of the team, you’ll be taking ownership, accountability & responsibility for projects with an ability to manage and develop client relationships.

Flexible working is offered with 3 days office commitments required & you must be willing to travel nationally as & when needed.

 

Job Location: West London (Shepherd’s Bush)

Head Count: 90+

Project Sectors: Education, Residential, Retail & Offices 

 

 

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Quantity Surveying Degree awarded by a UK university and accredited by the RICS.

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience within the industry as a Quantity Surveyor.

  • Experience and understanding of the full RIBA Plan of Work Stages.

  • Ability to demonstrable experience in the full life cycle of a client project.

  • Solid organisational and management skills.

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Full clean driving license.

  • You’re committed to having fun while working hard, and work hard at having fun.
