The Role: Due to expanding business being won across the business, my client has a latest requirement to hire a Quantity Surveyor to their team!
They are looking for an innovative candidate that is confident in carrying out cost management activities across an array of exciting projects across London & the South East!
Reporting to the Senior members of the team, you’ll be taking ownership, accountability & responsibility for projects with an ability to manage and develop client relationships.
Flexible working is offered with 3 days office commitments required & you must be willing to travel nationally as & when needed.

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:
Quantity Surveying Degree awarded by a UK university and accredited by the RICS.
Minimum of 4 years work experience within the industry as a Quantity Surveyor.
Experience and understanding of the full RIBA Plan of Work Stages.
Ability to demonstrable experience in the full life cycle of a client project.
Solid organisational and management skills.
Right to work in the UK.
Full clean driving license.
