Associate Director (QS) - Central London (Liverpool Street)
The Company: A national leading, multi-disciplinary consultancy established more than a decade ago! They are a privately owned company, specialising in education, healthcare, leisure, retail and residential projects.
Their Central London office is fantastically located just a few minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street & even has a roof terrace with great views of the city! Additionally, the company also operates from another four offices across the country – with all the teams well integrated, you will get to know all your colleagues across the network!

Flexible working is offered, with three days office commitment required per week.
The Role: Due to an increasing amount of work in the pipeline, they are excited to announce this latest requirement to bring in a new Associate Director!
Reporting directly to one of the Directors, your work will primarily be across the Education & Retail sectors, helping senior management run the team & the accounts they work on.
You will be providing a full turnkey service to their clients throughout the whole project lifecycle.
Average project values range from £1M - £4M.
Ideally, they are looking for an individual who is young, dynamic & motivated to join an SME looking to progress.

Requirements for the Associate Director (QS):
Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline
6+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)
BD experience/strong client contacts
MRICS/MCIOB qualified
JCT Contract Administration
Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
