The Role: They are seeking a highly skilled Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Covent Garden, working on projects with values ranging from £1M - £250M!
Working within multi-sector teams and with a strong pipeline of projects across all sectors, the successful candidate will be given the chance to work on exciting and varied developments while having the opportunity to develop your leadership skills both on projects and within the team.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS chartered, client focused and confident with experience working in a consultancy environment on similar projects.
Working from home is offered. However, you will need to be willing to be in the office up to five days a week as and when required!

Requirements for the Associate Quantity Surveyor:
Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline
MRICS or equivalent, with up to 10 years' post chartered experience
5+ years’ experience working for a UK based construction / property consultancy
Confident in taking ownership of projects and seeing them through from start to finish, from feasibility to final account
Experience of working on high end, multi-million pound projects within the built environment
Clear communicator, able to report to clients and keep them informed every step of the way
Confident in managing others and delegating tasks whilst meeting deadlines, ensuring work and projects are running on time and to budget
Focused on fostering close relationships with clients, resolving issues and exceeding client expectations
Experience of bid writing and submissions
Specialist sector knowledge
