Quantity Surveyor - Central London (London Bridge)

The Role: They are looking for a motivated individual, with previous experience working in a consultancy environment to work on projects across all company sectors including High End Residential, Commercial Offices, Retail, Leisure & Mixed-Use, reporting to the Associate Director of the team.

There is plenty of opportunity to grow & progress within the company so being able to provide mentoring & assistance to junior members of the team is looked at favourably!

They have hybrid working with an aim for two days per week in the office or on-site as required, and the remainder time working from home. Their full-time hours are 40 hours per week, but they want to embrace flexibility!

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ relevant post qualification industry experience

  • Degree qualified – within a construction-related discipline

  • Membership of a chartered institute (or working towards) in the construction industry (e.g. RICS, CIBSE, CIOB)

  • Have experience of working on multiple projects for a variety of public and private sector clients

  • Well-rounded with pre and post contract experience

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlines scope, budget and timeline

  • Able to work on own initiative

  • A strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in a client-focused environment with a personal commitment to the delivery of excellent client service

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
