Associate Quantity Surveyor - Central London (Covent Garden)

They work on some of the most iconic projects across the country, attracting the most respected and highly trained individuals in the industry. They ensure they remain leaders in the field by investing in learning & development for everyone across the firm.

The Role: You will be joining a team of 35, led by one of the company’s equity partners and a board member, working across a variety of sectors with project values averaging between £5M - £40M.

You will need to be comfortable providing guidance and advice to their junior members in their work and professional development.

Within this team, you will be given a clear direction to help you progress your career, as well as all the necessary tools to guide you towards progression to Director.

 

Job Location: Central London (Covent Garden)

Head Count: 1000+

Project Sectors: Commercial Offices, Residential, Hotels, Healthcare & Mixed-Use

 

Requirements for the Associate Quantity Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline

  • MRICS or equivalent, with up to 10 years' post chartered experience

  • 5+ years’ experience working for a UK based construction / property consultancy

  • Confident in taking ownership of projects and seeing them through from start to finish, from feasibility to final account

  • Experience of working on high end, multi-million pound projects within the built environment

  • Clear communicator, able to report to clients and keep them informed every step of the way

  • Confident in managing others and delegating tasks whilst meeting deadlines, ensuring work and projects are running on time and to budget

  • Focused on fostering close relationships with clients, resolving issues and exceeding client expectations

  • Experience of bid writing and submissions

  • Specialist sector knowledge
