The Role: Due to expanding business being won across the company, my client has a latest requirement to hire a Quantity Surveyor to their Residential Development and Regeneration team!

They are looking for an innovative candidate that is confident in carrying out pre and post contract cost management activities, across an array of exciting residential & mixed-use projects across London & the South East!

You’ll be taking ownership, accountability & responsibility for projects with an ability to manage and develop client relationships.

Previous public sector & private housing development experience is favourable & you must be willing to travel nationally with an ability to manage your own diary and workload efficiently.

 

Job Location: West London

Head Count: 90+

Project Sectors: Residential Development & Mixed-Use

 

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Quantity Surveying Degree awarded by a UK university and accredited by the RICS

  • Chartered with a minimum of two years post qualification experience or are working towards this

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience within the industry as a Quantity Surveyor

  • Experience and understanding of the full RIBA Plan of Work Stages

  • Ability to demonstrable experience in the full life cycle of a client project

  • A proven ability to deliver on time and provide a high-quality proactive service to clients
