The Role: My client, a personable mid-sized consultancy with big ambitions has an immediate requirement for an experienced Employers Agent to work across both private & public residential schemes across London.

Providing you have the required EA experience, you can be a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor.

Furthermore, flexible working is actively encouraged across the company. Post-Covid, you will be required in the office three days a week – as my client still wants his experienced staff on hand to guide the more junior members of the team.

 

Job Location: South London

Start Date: ASAP

Head Count: 150+

Project Sector: Residential (Private & Public)

 

Requirements for the Senior Employers Agent:

  • 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)

  • Employers Agent experience (ideal)

  • Track record of delivering schemes (any sector)

  • Educated to a degree or equivalent level in a relevant field
