The Role: Due to on-going expansion, my client is interested in speaking with Project Managers with Employers Agent experience to work on various high-end new build care homes, usually around 60-70 rooms per scheme.

Job Location: East Midlands

Head Count: 40+

Project Sector: New Build Care Homes (High End)

 

Requirements for the Project Manager (EA):

  • 3+ years’ experience working for a UK based Construction or Property Consultancy (essential)

  • Employers Agent experience (ideal)  

  • Track record of delivering schemes (any sector)

  • Educated to a degree or equivalent level in a relevant field
