Senior Associate (Employers Agent) - South East London

The Role: An award-winning national property & construction consultancy have a unique opportunity that will allow the individual to shape and mould the companies future with their vision.

The ideal candidate will need to have the qualities and desire to become Partner within 6-12 months, therefore previous line management experience is imperative. Also, experience of social housing for units of usually 200 would be required.

With the companies architectural, employers agents and clerk of works teams all combined for smooth and quick processes this consultancy is ready to go to the next level.

Currently, staff are in the office two days a week. That could change in the future, however, there will always be remote/flexible working.

Responsibilities for the Senior Associate Employers Agent:

  • Delivering a full range of Project Management/ Employer’s Agent / Client Representative roles

  • Detailed familiarity with current legislation, funding requirements, reporting and project management skills

  • Ability to review and constructively comment on design drawings for all types of new build property

  • To be an active employer’s representative focussed on project completion to time and cost

  • Building long term relationships with clients by delivering excellent service

  • To support the company in delivering solutions for clients

  • To participate in business development, to assist in winning work from existing and new clients, and the preparation of bids and tenders.

  • Complying with company procedures and processes

 

Requirements and qualifications for the Senior Associate Employers Agent:

  • 7+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)

  • Strong desire and qualities to become a Partner within 6-12 months

  • Previous line management experience  

  • Proven track record of performing the Employer’s Agent role, particularly related to housing or education
