The Role: My client, an award-winning national consultancy continues to keep winning substantial amounts of work across the south and Central London. Therefore, they have a new requirement to bring an experienced Project Manager with EA experience on board.

This would suit someone living on the M23 corridor as the work will be split between the South Coast and Greater London.

Start Date: ASAP

Job Location: East Sussex

Head Count: 200+

Predominate Sectors: Residential, Education & Mixed-Use

 

Requirements for the Project Manager (EA):

  • UK based Property & Construction Consultancy experience (essential)

  • EA experience

  • Strong client facing skills required

  • MRICS qualified (ideally)

  • Ideally experience in one of the listed sectors

  • Delivery of JCT forms of contract
