Project Manager (Employers Agent) - East Midlands

The Role: Due to on-going expansion, my client is interested in speaking with Project Managers with Employers Agent experience to work on various high-end new build care homes, usually around 60-70 rooms per scheme. There are two Employers Agent vacancies, with one specialising in new builds and the other in refurbishment.

Job Location: East Midlands

Head Count: 40+

Project Sectors: Healthcare and Residential

Job Requirements for this role are:

  • 3+ years’ experience working for a UK based Construction or Property Consultancy (essential)

  • Employers Agent experience (ideal)

  • Track record of delivering schemes (any sector)

  • Educated to a degree or equivalent level in a relevant field

  • Care or residential experience (ideal)
