Senior Project Surveyor - Cambridge

The Role: Due to an increased workload, my client is now looking to recruit an additional Senior Project Surveyor to work with & support the senior management team across a variety of sectors!

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver some of the most interesting projects across the country, with average values ranging from £500k - £28M.

You will be assisting the senior management team to manage relationships and collaborate with clients and external stakeholders, in order to ensure client satisfaction and create new business opportunities.

Project Sectors: Prime Residential, Care Homes, Hotels & Housing Associations

 

Requirements for the Senior Project Surveyor:

  • RICS accredited bachelor’s degree or equivalent within a construction related discipline

  • MRICS strongly desirable (or close to achieving this)

  • 5+ years’ experience working for a UK based construction / property consultancy

  • Good communication skills

  • A flexible attitude and self-motivated

  • Good knowledge of the construction industry
