The Role:  My client continues to keep winning substantial amounts of work despite these challenging and uncertain times. They now have a requirement to bring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent on board.

This would suit someone living on the M23 corridor as the work will be split between the South Coast and Greater London.

Very much an Employers Agent based position, therefore the ideal candidate could even be a hybrid of Project Management / Employers Agent. However, they will need to be involved with the cost side of EA.

Start Date: ASAP

Job Location: East Sussex

Head Count: 200+

Predominate Sectors: Residential, Education & Mixed-Use

 

Requirements for the Senior QS / EA:

  • UK based Property & Construction Consultancy experience (essential)

  • MRICS qualified (essential)

  • Ideally experience in one of the listed sectors

  • Delivery of JCT forms of contract
