Senior Quantity Surveyor - West Central London (Westminster)  

The Company: A dynamic, multi-disciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy, delivering projects across all sectors of the built environment.

The Role: They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be the latest addition to their London Surveying team & branch!

The ideal candidate must be well experienced and be able to work with and manage a team of professionals across all different roles. You will also need to have an analytical mind and exceptional organisational skills to ensure all projects are delivered on time & within the budget.

You can be based in either their London or Northwest offices, working on challenging schemes within the high-end residential, commercial & industrial sectors.

Project values typically range from £10M - £100M.

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Previous experience working for UK based property & construction consultancy

  • Ideally educated to degree or equivalent level in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Membership of a chartered institute (or working towards) in the construction industry (e.g. RICS, CIBSE, CIOB)

  • Track record of successful project budgetary management cost reporting and cost control through the project lifecycle on projects of varying sizes and complexity

  • In-depth knowledge of construction contract management including standard forms of contract and procurement options

  • Excellent communication skills
