Building Surveyor - Central London (Covent Garden)

The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join their Central London office team, due to an increased workload and to enable to further growth of their Building Surveying services!

Whilst working across a broad range of company sectors, most of your work will be within their Commercial projects. Additionally, any previous Education experience is looked favourably upon, as this an area the business is growing!

Flexible working is offered, with the company requiring just three days office commitments per week. Additional working from home days can be discussed for those who require!

 

Job Location: Central London (Covent Garden)

Head Count: 170+

Project Sectors: Commercial, Residential, Retail, Education, Leisure & Healthcare

 

Requirements for the Building Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline

  • Membership of RICS (or working towards this)

  • Excellent time management

  • Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal

  • Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required

  • Able to work individually or in a team

  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

  • Good business development skills
