The Role: Calling all graduates!

Would you like to work for a highly established, multi-national property & construction consultancy boasting 17 offices that span across two continents? Thought so.

My client is actively looking to speak with Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Covent Garden.

Not only do they have one of the best track records for passed employee charterships, they also pose one of the industry’s finest graduate programmes - allowing quick progression to those that desire!

They were founded back in 1835 and operate in all sectors of the built environment. Whilst being a large-scale consultancy they still offer genuine exposure to the right individuals that stand out with a mindset to go above & beyond!

You will need to be self-motivated with a real hunger to grow and develop. Working from home is offered, however you will need to be willing to be in the office up to five days a week as and when required.

As this is a graduate position you will be working on project values that will range from 5M – 40M.

Start Date: ASAP

Project Sectors: Hospitality & Leisure

 

Requirements for the Graduate Quantity Surveyor:

  • Ideally educated to degree or equivalent level in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Previous work experience for a property/construction consultancy or similar industry exposure (desirable)

  • Membership of a chartered institute (or working towards) in the construction industry (e.g. RICS, CIBSE, CIOB)

  • Able to work on own initiative

  • A strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
