Quantity Surveyor - Central London (London Bridge)

The Role: My client, a highly established property & construction consultancy, are setting their sights on an ambitious and motivated Quantity Surveyor - to be the latest addition to what has been a highly expansive first half to the year!

Acknowledgements & achievements haven’t gone unnoticed as this client has yet again been placed as a top 150 consultancy by Building Magazine consecutively for the past three years!

With four offices across the south of England and even one in Europe this role offers a perfect chance for the right individual to be a part of what they believe are very exciting plans for the future.

You would be working across all company sectors including, High End Residential, Commercial Offices & Retail.

Flexible working is still offered with a couple days in the office required each week!

Office Location: Central London (London Bridge)

Start Date: ASAP

Head Count: 150+

Project Sectors: High-End Residential, Commercial Offices & Retail

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

• Previous experience working in at least one of these sectors (ideally)

• Degree related study

• Previous experience working for UK based property & construction consultancy

• JCT contract experience

• Chartered or have an active ambition to gain membership
