Quantity Surveyor Central London (Westminster)

The Role: My client, an independent property & construction consultancy are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to come and join a team of six (headcount across the business is now 25) in their brand-new office in Westminster!

Not only would you be gaining unrivalled exposure, but you would also be a part of a reputable & established company that’s punching well above its weight!

The directors have outlined desires to cap the business at 50 employees, with a goal to remain personable and stand out from being associated as a corporate business.

You would be operating in commercial landlord shell & core/CAT A refurbishments, commercial occupier fit-out, hotels & residential sectors with project values ranging from £1M - £25M.

The right candidate will need between 3-5 years’ experience in at least one of these sectors and ideally have some experience managing other people.

Up to four days a week office commitment would be required.

Project Sectors: Commercial (Landlord Shell & Core, CAT A Refurbishment, Occupier Fit-Out), Hotels & Residential

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

• Previous experience working in at least one of these sectors

• Degree related study

• Previous experience working for UK based property & construction consultancy

• JCT contract experience

• Chartered or have an ambition to gain membership
